出訪任務

依據長沙理工大學與美國內華達大學拉斯維加斯分銷簽署的電氣中外合作辦學項目合作協議，合作方邀請我方人員進行為期6天的訪問交流，此次訪問的目的是讓項目管理人員了解UNLV的辦學定位、人才培養模式以及教學管理制度，并與UNLV在工學院教職員工討論中外合作辦學項目的執行，教學安排，項目合作、師資選派以及學生交換生項目。

往返機票費用：5960美金，住宿費用：220*5=1100美金, 伙食費55美金每人每天，公雜費45美金每人每天，保險費70美金每人，簽證辦理費用1850元*2，長沙至北京往返交通費，住宿費3040*2人民幣，共計（5960+1250+500+70）*7.2425+3040+1850=6.124萬人民幣/人（按實時匯率計算），兩人共計12.25萬元人民幣。

上午：1.長沙理工大學教師代表赴美國內華達大學拉斯維加斯分校雙方見面會

2.會議內容:美方代表Jaekeun Cho介紹UNLV工程學院的工作人員和教職員工及學院辦學定位、人才培養模式與教學管理制度。余志介紹長沙理工大學的基本情況和中外合作辦學項目的辦學情況和取得成績。

下午：參觀 UNLV 校園相關專業實驗室。

7月2日

上午：根據簽署的協議,雙方討論與UNLV-CSUST電氣工程項目的有關教學計劃課程內容安排、項目學生過去的反饋及成績。

下午: 參觀UNLV學生工作室、學生管理制度，并與UNLV 教職員工探討學習如何更有效的管理學生，發掘學生潛力，提高學生實踐能力。

7月3 日

上午:Jaekeun Cho介紹UNLV 工程體驗學習 (EIP)項目，了解如何開發和管理EIP 項目，討論兩所機構之間的合作，包括現有和未來的聯合項目、選派師資培訓、學生交換生項目

下午:參觀工學院辦公室和EIP課堂，學習 EIP 項目管理經驗

Morning: 1. Teachers' representatives from Changsha University of Science and Technology visited the University of Nevada Las Vegas in the United States
2. Meeting content: Jaekeun Cho, the US representative, will introduce the staff and teaching staff of UNLV, its orientation, talents training mode and teaching management system. Yu Zhi will introduce Changsha University of Science and Technology, and the status and achievements of Sino-foreign education program.

Afternoon: Visit UNLV campus and some professional laboratories.

July 2

Morning: According to the signed agreement, the two sides will discuss the arrangement of teaching plan and course content of electrical engineering program between UNLV-CSUST , the feedback and achievements of the program students in the past.

Afternoon: Visit UNLV student studio, student management system, and discuss with UNLV faculty and staff how to manage students more effectively, explore their potential, and improve their practical ability.

July 3

Morning: Jaekeun Cho will introduce the UNLV Engineering Experiential Learning (EIP) program, help us to learn how to develop and manage EIP programs, and discuss the collaboration between the two institutions, including existing and future joint programs, teacher training, student exchange programs, and other programs.

Afternoon: Visit the Engineering office and EIP classroom to learn about EIP project management experience.
