Notice for Winter Holiday

January 14 to February 17 is winter holiday. Next semester begins from 18 February, 2012. All international students should prevent your school lives fromfire, thieves, disease and accidentduring holiday. If such things happen, please inform the office immediately (85258991), and the Alarm telephone number in this campus is 85258110.

If any students intend to travel or leaveChangshaduring the holiday, they should apply to the office and fill in the asking- for- leave sheetbefore 19 January. When you come back from other cities or abroad, please inform the office within 24 hours after you arrive in Changsha, if not, he/she will be totally responsible for any penalties from the local Chinese public security.

The office for electricity power will be close during the holiday, please make sure you have enough electricity power to use in your electricity power card, if you need get more units electricity power in your card, pleaserecharge before 16:00 Friday.
