【個人簡介】
2021年獲得長沙理工大學食品科學與工程專業碩士，2024年獲得東北農業大學微生物學博士，2024年至今，任長沙理工大學講師。主要研究方向為微生物強化廢棄物資源化、食品類廢棄物再利用等。參與或主持國家自然科學基金、湖南省研究生創新創業專項等項目。近5年在International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Bioresource Technology、中文核心等期刊發表SCI論文10余篇。
