個人簡介:程芳,教授,碩導,中國光學學會常務理事,湖南省新世紀“121人才工程”第三層次人選,湖南省普通高校青年骨干教師。
主要研究領域(1)電磁場對半導體材料的性質的影響;(2)利用低維體系輸運性質構造新型納米器件;(3)利用電子自旋設計構造全電操縱的自旋電子學器件。
教學情況:目前承擔《數學物理方法》、《電磁學》、《半導體物理》3門課程的教學。
科研項目:先后主持國家自然科學基金3項;湖南省自然科學基金重點項目1項;教育部項目1項;湖南省教育廳項目2項。
