個人簡介
謝海情,男,博士,教授,博士生導師,湖南省青年骨干教師,長沙理工大學“湖湘學者”人才計劃(青年英才II崗)。主持國家自然科學基金1項,湖南省自然科學基金等課題10余項;企業委托技術開發橫向課題7項(合同經費124萬元),完成科技成果轉化5項(轉化金額123萬元)。在國內外SCI/EI收錄學術刊物發表科研論文30余篇,出版學術專著1部;授權國家發明專利5項、實用新型專利3項。
主要研究領域
微納傳感器與集成電路,重點在電源管理芯片、LED驅動芯片、微納光電傳感器芯片等方向開展研究工作。
教學情況
主要承擔《模擬集成電路原理》、《半導體器件原理實驗》、《隨機信號分析與處理》等課程的教學與建設。
