彭楗欽，男，土家族，1994年10月生，博士。2017年獲得南京航空航天大學(xué)理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，2023年獲得南京航空航天大學(xué)光學(xué)工程博士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)入職長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)物理與電子科學(xué)學(xué)院。
