鄧小清，女，湖南寧鄉(xiāng)人，博士。2001-2002年和2002-2004年在四川師大固體物理研究所和中國工程物理研究院讀碩士，從事納米材料的物性研究。2004年至今在長沙理工大學工作，2007年進入中南大學攻讀電子信息材料與器件方向的博士，2011年獲博士學位。  

主要研究方向：分子納米電子學，物理電子學, 納米材料物性研究。  

主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、湖南省科技廳科研項目、湖南省教育廳科研項目的研究。在國際著名刊物如Appl. Phys. Lett.; J. Chem. Phys.; J. Appl. Phys等刊物上發(fā)表學術論文近30篇，其中以第一作者在影響因子IF﹥3.0的刊物上發(fā)表論文5篇（Appl. Phys. Lett上4篇），獲湖南省自然科學優(yōu)秀學術論文二等獎2項（排名第1），湖南省自然科學二等獎1項（排名第3）。
