黃婧杰，女，漢族，1990年12月出生于湖南省長沙市，博士。

2013年6月畢業于華中科技大學電氣工程及其自動化專業，獲學士學位，2016年6月畢業于長沙理工大學，獲電氣工程及其自動化專業碩士學位，2020年6月畢業于新南威爾士大學獲電氣工程專業博士學位。

主講課程：電力系統分析

主要研究方向：電力系統運行優化，綜合能源系統

先后參與完成澳大利亞自科基金重點項目3項，在《International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems》、《中國電機工程學報》等國內外重要刊物上發表論文12篇，其中SCI收錄3篇、EI收錄9篇。
