龍卓，男，漢族，湖南長沙人，中共黨員，博士。

2012年6月畢業于華中科技大學電氣與電子信息工程專業，獲學士學位，2015年6月畢業于華中科技大學，獲電氣工程專業碩士學位，2021年12月畢業于湖南大學獲電氣專業博士學位。曾于2015-2017年在國家電網湖南電力公司檢修公司擔任繼電保護專業工程師。

主要研究方向：（1）智能傳感與信息處理、數據融合與人工智能；（2）電氣設備測試、診斷、預測與健康管理

作為主要研究人員參與完成多項國家重點研發計劃、國家自然科學基金及青年基金項目；在《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》、《Measurement》、《IEEE Sensors Journal》等國內外重要刊物上發表論文十余篇，其中SCI收錄8篇，EI收錄3篇；申請國家發明專利十余項，其中授權6項。
