一、個人簡介
吳高橋，男，1993年10月，長沙理工大學碩士生導師，特聘研究員、副教授，鄭健龍院士路基團隊成員，清華大學水木學者。本、碩、博畢業于湖南大學土木工程學院。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、中國博士后科學基金面上項目、清華大學水木學者計劃等多項縱向科研項目，并參與國家自然科學基金重大項目、重點項目、面上項目以及國鐵集團重大項目、山東高速重點項目等多項大型橫、縱向科研項目，發表相關論文20余篇，科研經驗豐富。
二、招生意向
導師長期從事復雜條件作用下邊坡穩定性研究、地下結構-土體-上部結構相互作用機理研究。未來主要研究方向集中在：1. 基于融合深度學習的巖土結構穩定性分析及其養護決策研究；2. 基于離心機的巖質邊坡極端災害響應研究。導師科研經費相對充足，為每位學生提供有競爭力的生活補貼以及高性能計算機一臺，支持學生參加學術會議以及申請CSC海外聯合培養項目。且導師與清華大學、同濟大學、重慶大學、湖南大學、中南大學、北京科技大學、河海大學等高校建立有長期合作關系，對展現較強科研潛力的學生可出資提供赴專業對口高校進行聯合培養或推薦進一步深造的機會。總而言之，導師承諾會對加入團隊的學生悉心指導、努力提供寬松工作環境，爭取師生共同進步。
導師對學生的要求：1. 為人正直、身心健康、熱愛生活（這是最重要的！）；2. 扎實肯干、善于思考、有較強自驅力（都是成年人，導師不希望對學生過于嚴厲，也不喜歡頻繁PUSH學生，所以希望你做事沉穩靠譜能夠自主思考同時保持自律自覺）；3. 專業知識扎實（至少熟練掌握土力學、材料力學、路基路面工程、道路建筑材料等專業科目）；4. 擅長程序編譯、深度學習等相關技能或有強烈自驅力主動學習（這個時代最基礎的技能）；5. 英語讀寫能力良好（至少通過CET6吧）；6. 有志于投身科研事業（導師的工作重心主要在科學研究，所以希望你也能對科研工作感興趣）。另外，導師堅定認為招生是一個雙向奔赴的過程，所以如果你對導師有任何要求/疑問，誠摯歡迎隨時溝通交換意見，畢竟三年時間不短，提前充分了解是對雙方負責。
